An example of events on a typical Inspection Tour
  An inspection tour is a cost effective and flexible way to view properties, and flights leave everyday to an airport close to our area in Spain.
When you arrive in Spain, our local representative will provide 3/4 nights hotel accommodation, complimentary meals and the undivided attention. Our representative, who lives locally and will be with you for the duration of you trip has an excellent knowledge of the area and the legal situation regarding acquiring property here in Spain.
As our inspection tours are conducted on a one to one basis, we can concentrate on your needs and therefore the tour is tailor made for you.
The representative will value your feedback and will work with you to find your ideal place in the sun.		  
 
 

Day One

One of our representatives will greet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation.
After check-in you can sit down and discuss your specific requirements over refreshments and work out a full itinerary covering the next few days.
If required you can at this stage discuss mortgage facilities with an advisor.
You will then be taken on a guided tour of the area.
You will be escorted for lunch and time permitting, start you inspection of available properties.

 
 

Day Two

Breakfast.
Further inspection of properties and areas
Lunch
Re-inspection of properties and areas. (If you wish to hold a property while you are making decision just ask your representative and he/she will arrange a 24 hours reserve.)

  
     
 

Day Three

Breakfast,
Re-inspection of properties, areas and plots,
Open a bank account,
Lunch
Meet a Spanish solicitor who will answer any legal queries you may have,
Complete a reservation contract (if a suitable property has been found) and pay your  deposit.
Back to the airport to commence your journey back home.
