What you need to know about Booking a Holiday Rental
We have numerous properties available in various areas of the South Costa Blanca so to help you with your choice we have made a search facility which will let you select the region, location, and size of the property to suit your needs. Browse through them all at your leisure, if you make no selection then all will be displayed. You may find another size or location of property that is more suited to your needs.

Coastal rentals are all within 5 kilometres (about 3 miles) of the beach. This would be about 10 minutes by car. Many are closer (and a car is not essential) so you can walk to the beach.  You can also see their position on the map that can be viewed from each property detail page. Rural rentals generally provide quiet, tranquil settings but require the use of a hire car. Once again, each property description page has a map that can be viewed to show its position in relation to the area. Local bus services to these areas are not really suitable for the holiday maker as the times are infrequent and taxi's can be very expensive. These are great for a touring-the-countryside type of holiday or if you just want to chill out by the pool. However, they are all less than half an hour by car to some of the best beaches of the South Costa Blanca.

When choosing the type of property that will suit you:

  • Consider how many bedrooms that you want - remember that most have a sofabed as well.

  • Note the distances from town, beach, golf, etc, if this will affect your choice of location.

  • If you are a party of four or more adults, a property with two bathrooms may be more convenient.

  • If your stay is between about October and April, a swimming pool won't be a requirement unless you like cold water!!

  • A factor for a suitable location may be whether you have the use of a car or not.

The cost will be dependent on the size and  the month of the year and the duration of the stay. However, with the cheap flights now available outside Bank Holiday periods, a rental property is considered the best all-round solution for a low cost holiday with maximum freedom to do as you choose.

To book, When you have selected your holiday property from the Property Rentals page and checked on the availability calendar that as far as we can tell it is not booked, click on the online booking form and fill in your details. Please make sure that you complete as much as you can, it will save time later. If you have not booked your flight, no worry, you can let us know the details when we have confirmed your booking

  • Start date and end date. Note: If your choice includes a day that is already booked by someone else as the first or last day of their holiday, check with us as they may not require the whole day due to flight times. Important: Please note that there may be instances where we have a same-day changeover between 2 rental parties. If departure and arrival times overlap for 2 different parties, and because we need up to 4 hours to carry out a clean, we then operate the policy of "vacate by 12 noon for Party A, into property after 4 pm for Party B". However, we can often work out a solution to minimise the disruption to both parties and will normally advise both parties as soon as we have found out that this is occurring.
  • Quote our reference number of the apartment or house that you have selected.
  • The number of people.
  • If you require an airport transfer, flight details can be given later.
  • Lead person name, address, Home & Work contact phone numbers, email address, etc.
  • You will then receive an automatic confirmation that we have received your booking form, Please print off the confirmation page, as this has our bank details on, where you need to send your deposit.
  • We will then Email you an invoice for the full cost of your stay including a 100 euros refundable security deposit against breakages, damage etc.
  • Full payment details will be on this invoice and we will hold this booking for 7 days to give you time to send us your deposit. We will then confirm receipt into our bank account. The balance will be required to be paid 14 days before the holiday commences.
  • The Security deposit will be refunded you in cash at the end of your stay once we have checked the apartment and you have handed the keys back to us.

We often get enquiries for long lets on this website, each property is marked if the owners are prepared to take long term tenants. This is usually during the winter months. In the peak season summer months such as June, July and August, most owners will not take long lets as this is the time when they earn the most money. If the property is available for a long let then it is indicated on the property details page, but if you what us to enquire with the owner if they are prepared to offer a discount for a long term rental during the summer months on any property then please let us know.

We have one or two properties that are on offer at very low prices for long term as the owners prefer to have them occupied than have them empty. Our normal price for a long term rental is 600 euros per month plus electricity and water re-imbursement when the bills come in (see our Rental Offers Page)
