After Sales and Settling into you Property

When you have made the decision to buy and paid your deposit and/or stage payments you can sit back
and dream of all the wonderful things to do when the house is signed over to you at the Notary and you become the proud owner of “A Place in the Sun”

We will be there to assist you through all the small things that have to be completed before you are handed your keys.
One of our representatives will take you to the National Police Station to obtain your N.I.E number which is essential
when purchasing a property here in Spain.

All the necessary paperwork will be completed for your property utilities
i.e. Electricty and Water. We will assist you in obtaining a mortgage if required to complete the financing of the purchase.

We, together with your solicitor, will accompany you to the Notary for you to sign the deeds for
your new property.

We will then advise you on any particular purchases that you wish to make for your new home,
should it be lighting, air conditioning, furniture, appliances, car purchase, etc. in fact we are prepared
to spend 2 complete days with you free of charge whilst you find your way around the area.
